Procedure 1/POLIMER/2022:

Proceedings carried out for the project entitled "Implementation of an ecological automated process for processing flexographic forms" co-financed under the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021. 19.1 New Products and Investments. 19.1.1 Environmentally friendly technologies - Green growth. Programme "Business Development and Innovation" Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, project number: NORW.19.01.01-04-0004/20, procedure no: 1/POLYMER/2022.

The Contracting Authority is not a contracting authority in the meaning of the PPL, and the executed contract is not a public contract in the meaning of the PPL. The provisions of the PPL do not constitute a legal basis for conducting the proceedings and awarding the contract.
