Program "Business Development and Innovation" Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, project number: NORW.19.01.01-04-0004/20, proceeding no: 3/POLYMER/2022.

The Contracting Authority is not a contracting authority in the meaning of the PPL, and the executed contract is not a public contract in the meaning of the PPL. The provisions of the PPL do not constitute a legal basis for conducting the proceedings and awarding the contract.
